Since these fried eggs are cooked in olive oil, it’s much more keto-friendly than using other oils, so they can be enjoyed by those of us on the keto diet.

A couple of fried eggs make a great post-workout snack if you’re looking for a quick way to refuel.

When cooking your eggs, make sure it’s for the right amount of time. Some people like runny eggs, which take about 4-5 minutes, while some people prefer the yolks a little bit firmer, which takes about 5-6 minutes, and if you want the yolks and whites to be hard, cook them for about 6-7 minutes. If you want to flip them over, cook them on each side for half of the recommended time.
