Sometimes you’re in a hurry and you just want something that’s simple, tasty, and familiar. This salad is all of these, with a kick of spice! If you’ve made some delicious meals and you totally forgot to make a side, fear not, this can be whipped up in under 3 minutes.
It’s one of my favorite salads, very simple but still holds a lot of flavors. It goes well with almost any dish, but I do enjoy pairing it with chicken or even eating it as a snack.
Yields 2 total servings
The Preparation
- 6 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
The Execution
1. Measure the spinach out into a large bowl.

2. Add the ranch dressing and mix it in. Next, add the parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Mix well again.

3. Serve and enjoy!

This makes a total of 2 servings of Red Pepper Spinach Salad. Each serving comes out to be 193 calories, 16.4g fats, 3.6g net carbs, and 6.8g protein.
