- 4 slice bacon
- 4 large egg
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup green onion sliced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Preheat a frying pan. Cook bacon to desired crispness, then set aside to cool on paper towels. When cooled, chop the bacon into small pieces.
Hard-boil the eggs to your own preference. Let them cool, then peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
