Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cup unsweetened carton coconut milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat saucepan on the stove. Add flaxseed, almond meal, desiccated coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut milk, and almond milk to the saucepan. Warm mixture to a medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is hot and thickens to resemble oatmeal.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the mixed berries and pumpkin seeds.
