Ingredients
  

  • 7 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened carton coconut milk
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 12 drop liquid stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 2 tablespoon mct oil

Instructions
 

  • Add the ice cubes to a blender. I'm using a Ninja Blender with the Mini Ninja attachment.
  • Add the coconut milk, blackberries, cocoa powder, liquid stevia, and xanthan gum.
  • Add the MCT oil.
  • Blend for about 1–2 minutes or until well combined.
  • Pour and enjoy!
