Gather and prep all ingredients.
In a mug or microwave-safe bowl, add the dry ingredients of the mug bread. Stir to combine the almond flour, coconut flour, allulose, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Next, add the wet ingredients of the mug bread. Stir the butter, eggs, and heavy cream in. Mix well and try to get a smooth mixture.
Microwave on high for 90-120 seconds. You want the bread to be just set in the middle. If the bread is not done, microwave in 15-second intervals until done.
Once the bread is done, combine the ingredients to make the French toast batter. Mix to combine the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and salt.
Slice the mug bread into pieces and dip into the batter. Make sure to get batter on both sides, liberally coating.
Add butter to a pa over medium heat. Once butter is melted and bubbling, add french toast pieces and fry on each side until browned, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve while hot, drizzling sugar-free maple syrup over the top. Enjoy!
