Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounce feta cheese cubed
  • 15 gram sun-dried tomatoes diced
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cup mixed greens
  • 1 ounce slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cubed feta, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and 2/3 of the olive oil.
  • Toss gently to coat the feta and sun-dried tomatoes in the herbs and oil.
  • Allow the feta to marinate while you wash and prep your greens, about four to five minutes.
  • In a large bowl, or two smaller bowls, plate your greens and top with the marinated feta and slivered almonds.
  • Drizzle the remaining olive oil and the lemon juice over the greens, then toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
