2 ounce feta cheese cubed 15 gram sun-dried tomatoes diced ¼ teaspoon dried basil ¼ teaspoon dried oregano ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 3 tablespoon olive oil 4 cup mixed greens 1 ounce slivered almonds 2 teaspoon lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Combine the cubed feta, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and 2/3 of the olive oil.
Toss gently to coat the feta and sun-dried tomatoes in the herbs and oil.
Allow the feta to marinate while you wash and prep your greens, about four to five minutes.
In a large bowl, or two smaller bowls, plate your greens and top with the marinated feta and slivered almonds.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil and the lemon juice over the greens, then toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
