Ingredients
  

  • 3 ½ ounce low-carb dark chocolate such as ChocoPerfection
  • 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a pan over medium-high heat. Don't fill it all the way — make sure to leave enough room to ensure that the water does NOT touch the mixing bowl placed on top. Place the chocolate in a mixing bowl.
  • Balance the mixing bowl on top of the pan of boiling water.
  • Continually stir the chocolate as it melts, taking care not to let it burn.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add in the heavy whipping cream a little at a time and continue stirring until well combined.
  • Serve and enjoy!
