Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a pan over medium-high heat. Don't fill it all the way — make sure to leave enough room to ensure that the water does NOT touch the mixing bowl placed on top. Place the chocolate in a mixing bowl.
Balance the mixing bowl on top of the pan of boiling water.
Continually stir the chocolate as it melts, taking care not to let it burn.
Once the chocolate is melted, add in the heavy whipping cream a little at a time and continue stirring until well combined.
