Ingredients
  

Dairy-Free Pizza Crust:

  • 6 large egg
  • 6 tablespoon parmesan cheese or coconut flour (roughly 10% of the amount)
  • 3 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 4 tablespoon low-carb tomato sauce such as Rao's
  • 6 ounce rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon ruled.me bbq sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F and shred the cheese. Set aside.
  • Using an immersion blender, combine the ingredients for the crust until very well mixed and rather thick.
  • Spread dough out onto a Silpat using a silicone spatula — silicone really helps keep the dough from sticking to everything.
  • Once the crust is spread out evenly, bake on the top rack for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, flip the pizza crust over and add the toppings. Broil for an additional 3 minutes in the oven.
  • Slice and serve!
