Dairy-Free Pizza Crust: 6 large egg 6 tablespoon parmesan cheese or coconut flour (roughly 10% of the amount) 3 tablespoon psyllium husk powder 1 ½ teaspoon italian seasoning salt and pepper to taste Toppings: 4 tablespoon low-carb tomato sauce such as Rao's 6 ounce rotisserie chicken shredded 4 ounce cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 4 tablespoon ruled.me bbq sauce
Preheat oven to 425F and shred the cheese. Set aside.
Using an immersion blender, combine the ingredients for the crust until very well mixed and rather thick.
