Chia Seeds ⅓ cup chia seeds ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk ½ cup canned coconut milk 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol Berry & Yogurt Parfait ¾ cup frozen berries ¾ cup full-fat plain greek yogurt ¼ cup heavy cream Coconut & Seed Crumble ¼ cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes 3 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoon pecans
