24 ounce frozen cauliflower 4 ounce cream cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese 3 ounce cooked bacon chopped 3 medium green onion diced 24 ounce boneless, skinless chicken thighs cubed

Slice the chicken thighs into cubes.
Place half of the cauliflower onto the bottom of a crock pot. Cube the cream cheese and add that into the pot.
