Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 6 slice cooked bacon chopped
  • 8 ½ ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 1 medium avocado diced
  • 170 gram spring mix

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • In a salad bowl, mix together the lettuce, avocado, chicken, and bacon.
