- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
