Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 teaspoon fresh garlic diced
  • 8 ounce shrimp
  • 10 medium button mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large green onion

Instructions
 

  • Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, shrimp, and mushrooms.
  • Fry until the shrimp are cooked through and the mushrooms have browned.
  • Add the soy sauce and vinegar, then stir fry for a few more minutes. Mix in the diced green onions, then remove the pan from the heat.
