½ cup heavy cream 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 ounce vegan vanilla protein powder or unflavored protein powder + vanilla extract + sweetener to taste ½ cup strawberries sliced ¼ cup chia seeds 2 tablespoon erythritol 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lemon juice salt pinch, to taste
