Preheat a non-stick pan on the stove, then add the ground beef.
Sprinkle herbs and spices on the ground beef and cook over medium heat, stirring to combine. Once the beef is cooked, remove the pan from the stove. Drain excess grease from ground beef. Set meat aside to cool.
Place chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, and avocado in a salad bowl and mix all ingredients well.
Top the salad mix with ground beef and dollops of the sour cream.
