Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounce ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ounce pepper jack cheese sliced
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 2 ounce spring mix
  • 2 tablespoon canned jalapeno slices
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ground beef, taco seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Form burger patty to your preferred thickness.
  • Add olive oil to either a grill pan or a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side until the burger is at your preferred doneness.
  • Plate the burger with cheese, avocado, spring mix, canned jalapenos, and sour cream. Drizzle the pan drippings over the burger.
