Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounce canned tuna drained
  • ½ medium avocado sliced
  • ½ cup fresh tomatoes diced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon red onion chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
  • ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the tomatoes and avocado slices in a bowl and mix well. Gently toss with tomato and avocado. Serve with lettuce leaves if you'd like!
