Base:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Flavor:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Get a mug ready! Mix the egg, almond flour, butter, baking powder, sesame seeds, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  • Microwave for 75 seconds on high (power level 10). When finished, lightly tap the mug upside down against a plate to slide it out. Enjoy!
