Ingredients

  • 16 ounce boneless pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary minced
  • 4 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 16 ounce green beans
  • 2 teaspoon fresh garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Over medium heat, add butter to a pan. Cook the pork chops on the stove for about 8 - 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm.
  • Add the minced garlic and minced rosemary to the pan and fry until fragrant. Mix well.
  • Turn off the stove and stir in the heavy whipping cream. Once it starts to get a gravy texture, remove from pan and set in a bowl.
  • Turn the stove back on medium heat. Add the olive oil to the pan along with the green beans, thinly sliced garlic, and chicken stock.
  • Stir well to combine. Let this cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid and cook for another 5 or so minutes.
  • Plate the pork chops and green beans. Drizzle with the gravy. Enjoy!
