1 medium fresh tomatoes 6 ounce mozzarella cheese ¼ cup fresh basil chopped 3 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor, pulse chopped fresh basil leaves with 2/3 of the olive oil to make the basil paste.
Slice tomato into 1/4″ slices.
Cut Mozzarella into 1-ounce slices.
