Ingredients
  

  • 340 gram broccoli florets
  • 6 slice cooked bacon
  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a preheated frying pan, crisp up your bacon then set it aside to cool.
  • Add your broccoli and onion into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a smaller mixing bowl stir together the mayonnaise, erythritol, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Chop the bacon then add it into the broccoli.
  • Stir in the dressing and make sure it’s evenly mixed with the broccoli. Enjoy!
