Ingredients
  

The Salad

  • 100 gram arugula
  • 1 cup radish sliced
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Dressing

  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place your lettuce, radish, and onion into a salad bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl, whisk together 3/5 of the olive oil, mustard, Parmesan cheese, and pepper.
  • Add in your garlic powder and remaining olive oil.
  • If the dressing is too thick, you can either add in extra olive oil or some water to your desired consistency.
  • Divide the salad up into individual servings. Top with the dressing and remaining Parmesan cheese.
