24 ounce cauliflower 1 ½ cup heavy cream 4 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon onion powder salt and pepper to taste 3 ounce grated parmesan cheese 3 ounce spinach 5 ounce goat cheese 1 ounce walnuts
Measure out and prepare all ingredients.
Rinse cauliflower and cut into smaller florets. Put this in a food processor and pulse until you get a fine texture, resembling rice.
